As you enter La Parrilla Restaurant you might think of a beautiful garden, at museum or Mexico. On the walls hang colorful plaques, hand-woven baskets, sea crustaceans, pottery and brass Aztec calendars. Plants and flowers are everywhere. Chandeliers suspend themselves from the ceiling casting reflections on the marble-centered tables below, The female touch is very prominent here and it belongs to Maria Salas, founder and owner. Ms. Salas was born in Sinaloa, Mexico and describes her childhood as busy, happy and full of purpose. She studied accounting at Rojas Castro College in Mexico but acknowledged that, “Liking people is the business’ strongest factor”. She added that women are especially artistic in this business and are excellent cooks. She belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Women’s Council. She is charming, enthusiastic and proud of her culture.



Al entrar en el restaurante La Parrilla se podría pensar en un hermoso jardín, en el museo o en México. En las paredes cuelgan las placas coloridas, las cestas tejidas a mano, los crustáceos del mar, la cerámica y los calendarios aztecas de cobre amarillo. Las plantas y las flores están por todas partes. Los candelabros se suspenden desde el techo reflejos de fundición sobre las mesas de mármol-centrado a continuación, El toque femenino es muy prominente aquí y pertenece a María Salas, fundador y propietario.
